Please note, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service value. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that Lifestyle Lashes Beauty Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions or irritation that may occur during or after the lash extension service. If you have a history of allergies or sensitive eyes/skin, a patch test is available upon request and must be scheduled at least 24–48 hours before your full set appointment.
